The “Poppy Rose” Package (Starting at $1500)

This package is my elite package: it is intended for the couple who may or may not know what they want and need me to put the vision together. This package is considered “Full Planning.”

  • It includes unlimited professional advice and coordination of all details of the event Six months prior to event, unlimited meetings, phone calls and emails with the client.
  • Unlimited access to PRE-professional advice and guidance
  • Coordinate and attend Venue Tour with client
  • Develop theme, concepts, colors & overall wedding style
  • Develop and prioritize wedding budgetmj-078
  • Provide PRE-preferred vendor options (photographer, DJ/bands, caterer, officiants, make-up & hair, florist, etc.) and attend vendor meetings alongside client as needed
  • The organization and set up of a timeline for the wedding night
  • Distribute the approved timeline to all vendors one week before the event
  • Communicate and manage banquet staff regarding floor plan set up
  • The organization and walk through of the ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and family
  • Ensure that all vendors arrive and placed per client request
  • Any table and/or venue décor (provided by client – see “Gallery” for PRE décor) set up that is needed
  • Includes one assistant that will accompany PRE director day of wedding for up to 75 guests
  • Coordination and set up of venue space and floor plan
  • Clean up of all décor the night of the wedding

This is my “DIY” package: it is intended for the couple who have their vision and décor, but need me to work with their vendors and vision to create their dream “Day Of.” This package is consider to be “Parshall Planning.”

  • Four months prior to event, two meetings with the client
  • First meeting- Review & generate a timeline of the event day
  • Second meeting- Meet at the venue to review final detailsMJ-005

  • The organization and set up of a timeline for the wedding night

This is my keep it simple package: it is intended for the couple who want to focus on themselves the day of. You plan it, I orchestrate it – simple. This plan is considered “Day Of Coordination.”
